Georgie’s Resale is open for business! Finally, after countless hours of shopping at garage sales, hauling Tahoe loads of merchandise to Georgie’s, classifying and organizing merchandise (not to mention all the other details that go into opening a resale shop), we opened our doors to the public on July 5.
A special thanks to Angeles, my cousin from Oklahoma City. She tagged clothes, cleaned, moved and organized merchandise, and helped me keep my sanity under pressure. While others were fast asleep on Friday and Saturday mornings, she got up at the crack of dawn to go with me to garage sales. Thanks, Angeles! You make the garage sale queen proud!
Georgie’s stocks books, clothes, shoes, kitchen items, knick knacks, jewelry, toys, decorations, and more. Plus, there are dressing rooms available.
We have already met some of the nicest customers and hope you keep coming back. Remember we are always re-stocking Georgie’s, and you just might find that special used or new item you’ve been looking for!
