My husband and I looked at numerous locations between Pearland, TX and Friendswood, TX before deciding on retail space at the corner of FM 518 and FM 2351. My first instinct was to lease what was formerly Friendswood Resale but in the end the leasing company had other plans for the space. The restaurant next door was looking to expand and I understand you take care of current, long standing customers first. I was given other options of retail space they had available and we settled on what was once an insurance agency. Demolition will start soon and we hope to be up and running by July 1, 2009.
